Week Seven- Day One

Breakfast - Kashi Hot Cereal
Snack- Trail Mix
Lunch- Chicken, Beef and Shrimp skewers (no sauce) X5. 1 piece os shrimp tempura roll.
Snack- Apple, trail mix, Vitamin Water
Dinner- Chicken salad with asparagus, eggs, tomatoe and side of italian

uh oh... now I see why you didn't blog much lately- "no workout" :) Your typical blog went from a long page, to less than a paragraph. But it's good that you keep them current and you jumped right back on that horse w/ a double workout! Good job! :)
